Safarwallah Refund Policy
Safarwallah is committed to ensuring transparency in handling refunds. Please carefully read the refund policy outlined below:
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
15 or more days prior to departure:
A refund of 50% of the total trip cost will be processed.
Less than 15 days prior to departure:
No refund will be provided (100% cancellation charges apply).
In the rare event that Safarwallah cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as low group participation or operational issues, customers will have the following options:
Full refund of the total trip cost.
Option to reschedule the trip to a future date or opt for a credit note valid for 12 months.
If the full payment is not received at least 72 hours before departure, the trip will be auto-canceled, and no refund will be issued.
If a participant fails to join the trip on the departure date, no refund will be provided.
Cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for a refund. However, Safarwallah may consider rescheduling the trip or issuing a credit note.
If a participant is removed from the trip due to safety or behavioral concerns, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will only be issued to the original mode of payment used during booking.
Booking amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund amounts will not include any additional service charges, transaction fees, or non-recoverable costs incurred by Safarwallah.
Rescheduling or date changes may be subject to additional charges, depending on availability and operational constraints.
